The Happy Enterprise

On my way to office in cab , I was thinking about what sundeep said yesterday- " X has achieved "that" in 6 years , Y has taken 3 years , Z in one year and I ll do it 6 months ". These words made me feel that am not improving . Suddenly ( It was a surprise to me too!!!) , I chalked out a plan in my mind to learn many things and fixed up time-lines to do all those. While I was disturbed by the FACT that I am not improving , cab stopped at a traffic signal. I saw many people waiting for bus and few who were walking to the bus stop. No one looked happy. Yes not even a single one whom I saw at that stop. This made me ask a question myself , " why are people not happy ?". Signal was cleared and cab moved . while moving I saw two women ,aged around 35 , sharing a joke and laughing it out. And , Yes , there was the answer - " You have to first find out , what makes you happy ". It may be constant improvement for some one(many I should say) , chasing their dreams for others , Being a "HUMAN BEING" for a few, Eating for others like me ........

This made me think where MY HAPPINESS is . I found that my happiness is in getting lost in my own world, in my songs , in my thoughts and in all getting lost with in myself. I tell you my frenz , it takes at least a minute to realise that I was lost in myself. Its so much of PURE happiness for me.

ಈಗ ಹೇಳಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂತೋಷ ಎಲ್ಲಿದೆ ??

Kishan writes again .....(SAP)

Life without a girl friend...

This is what my friends told me when i was whining over the fact that i have'nt found a girl friend even after being 23 years of age..

1) "Patience always bears the fruit. Keep waiting, your turn will come soon"..
2) "God thinks that people like you will be happier without a girl friend than otherwise"..

I think the second one is better and is really the case with me. So what if you could'nt find a girl friend? I chose to look out for altenatives - like your bike being your girl friend and treating it likewise. This is what i have done. I jotted down three things( i mean non-living things ) in life that i like most,

1) My Bike. ( Royal Enfield Thunderbird )
2) Cigarette.
3) Dope.

I have made these my girl friends and would like to treat them that way..
Now, i can safely change the topic of my talk to "Life having 3 girl friends" right??

I have decided that at any point in my life, i can have a maximum of 3 girl friends and not more than that.. Now, what if i could get a genuine girl friend??( Staying positive always.. ha ha ha )

The answer is simple.. I can accomodate my new girl friend only if i divorce one of my 3 girl friends..
Now another question is popping up in my mind.. i.e.. what if i have to accomodate one more girl friend( here, a non-living thing )?

Well, the answer remains the same.. That is, i divorce one of my girl friends to accomodate my new one..

I want this swapping of my girl friends to go on till the list of my 3 girl friends looks like this,

1) My Bike. ( Royal Enfield Thunderbird )
2) My Girl Friend. ( a living thing of course )/ My Wife ( if i am so unfortunate that i could'nt find a girl friend )
2) My Car. ( Honda Civic )

I want my list of 3 girl friends to look like this after 5 years.. And this would be my permanent list having no more swaps or changes and i would want it to be eternal..

Taking risks related to Money and managing it

Learning tough things early in life , I say , is a gift by god. Kishan .. ALL THE BEST. He takes over....

This is something that is worrying me for a few days now.. Here are a few questions that are troubling me and i would be grateful if you can give me your opinions regarding the same..

1)What is the right time for one to take risks?

2)What is the depth of risk one can afford to take? (i mean if a person is earning 3 lakhs per annum, what is the maximum amount of debt he can have?)

Here are some of my thoughts about these questions( if i am wrong, please feel free to correct me)..

I think one should start taking risks related to money very early in his professional career but with proper planning...
For a real-life example, consider my case..

My Debts,
1)MindTree Vehicle Loan - 50000
2)ICICI Bank Personal Loan - 50000
3)HSBC Credit card due - 35000
4)HDFC Credit card due - 15000
5)ICICI Bank card due - 5000

So, Total Debts - 1,50,000..

Now, here is how my planning goes,

I have taken that personal loan of 50000 to repay my HSBC and HDFC credit card dues(35000+15000).. I have made enough savings to repay the ICICI Bank credit card due...

Now, here is how these debts will have an impact on me,

My Salary - 16460/month
Vehicle Loan deductions - 1774
Personal Loan deductions - 1782

So, here is how much will be left over... 16460 - (1774+1782) = 12904/month...

Coming to my next question regarding the maximum debt a person can have..
Here is what i feel.. I feel that this depends on the way that person has planned and i seriously feel that there is no limit on how much debt a person can have if and only if he has a proper plan to repay that..

Waiting for your opinions and feedback on this...

kishan's molecules to chemical reaction

After seeing this blog, i am glad that my friend is still positive and thinking in the right direction. Most successful people see a positive in every thing that happens( be it bad or good ). All these people believe in one golden mantra for success and move along in life. That golden mantra is " Whatever happens, it happens for the good only ". People who think this way are less prone to be depressed in life when things are'nt going their way. They always stay positive in life irrespective of whatever evil that might happen thinking that all these add spice to life and see a ray of hope even under trying conditions. So, my friend i am glad that you are travelling in the right direction and soon success will be there for you to grab.

Thank you kishan .....

Life is like a Chemical reaction

Friends , Do you people think so ?? . Recently this thought came to my mind when I was in conversation with my friend khaleel. Our talk was about " Does each person gets what he deserves ? " and " Anything that happens , happens for the GOOD". We discussed this as we were sailing in the same boat about three week ago.

The ultimate aim in life is to get to certain point from where you are. To reach the destination, you along with something else should work together. This resembles a chemical reaction.
" SOMETHING" + " SOMETHING" = " SOME OTHER THING".

Like you ll have some content inside you, and you need some more thing for which you ll go through certain phases in life which will act as a catalyst to sail you through .

Please come up with your comments , so that we can take this discussion further.
